Karaoke Queen

That's right people, I performed at a Karaoke. And even better than that, as far as I know I didn't make a fool of myself. Do you know, I hadn't even planned on going to a karaoke... in fact I didn't even know there was going to be one. But when we got there I had an incredible urge to just sing my heart out. So when one of my friends got up I built up the courage to do it too. I sang "Love Is All Around" the Wet Wet Wet song. Amazingly I think I can actually sing because when I sang "I feel it in my fingers..." I could hear my friends saying "Oh my God!!! I didn't know Sal could sing!!!" Needless to say I was absolutely thrilled with myself to find this hidden talent that I've always wanted.

I'm going out to dinner tonight with the folks and the sister. I would be looking forward to it only I'm not really feeling the may west and when I don't eat my dinner they are going to be quizzing me up and constantly asking me am I alright. I think it was the chocolate bar I had last night that's left me feeling dodgy... I don't eat that much chocolate so I'm not used to it.

I got myself sunburned yesterday. And before you get all high and mighty and start lecturing me I had SPF50 on! I'm obviously just extremely bad at putting it on. Anyway, I have a big red patch on my right hand and also some on my neck and upper arms... I know- I'm an idiot.
